De Doelen has over 50 years of experience in organising events. We work together with our clients to help ensure the success of an event.

technical facilities and support

State-of-the-art facilities in sound, beamer and screen, light and livestream sets are standard in virtually all the halls and meeting spaces. To ensure optimum use of the facilities, these are installed and operated exclusively by highly experienced Doelen crew. Their expertise guarantees the best possible technical support for any conference or event. Any audiovisual equipment rented elsewhere will, after negotiation, be supplied, installed and operated exclusively by de Doelen.

catering

There is practically no limit to the culinary possibilities offered by de Doelen! Facilities for coffee, tea and drinks are always provided by de Doelen. Lunches and dinners can be arranged by de Doelen or by one of the preffered caterers: Maison Van den Boer and Maitre Frederic. These catering firms, both of them industry leaders in the Netherlands, have unparalleled experience in providing extensive lunches or festive dinners for large numbers. In addition to catering activities, they can also carry out or supervise other aspects concerning the organisation or enhancement of conferences or events.

event support and services

All events taking place at de Doelen will be professionally supervised by an experienced Event Manager. They are happy to advise you during the preliminary process about any and all possibilities within the venue. We can offer advice and support on catering, event structure, stand construction or exhibition, technical requirements of all kinds. We can even offer support and advice on extra programmes (for example musical or other performances to enhance the experience). We’ll continually work together to help ensure the success of an event.
